Q: What types of massage do you offer?
A: I offer massages for deep relaxation and pain relief. I use techniques from India (called Ayurveda) and from Hawaii (called Lomi Lomi). Also a deeper tissue technique called Myofascial Energetic Release.

Q: Do you accept same-day appointments?
A: Yes, same-day appointments are available based on availability. I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Q: What should I expect during a massage?
A: We will start with a check-in to see how you are feeling physically and emotionally. We will then agree on the course of treatment and I will explain the process.
Q: What should I wear during my massage?
A: You can undress to your comfort level. You will be draped at all times to ensure your privacy.
Q: How much do your massages cost?
A: A one-hour massage costs sixty-five Euro. Ninety minutes costs eighty-five Euro. I also offer packages of five massages with a significant saving - just ask when you arrive.
Q: Can I request a specific therapist?
A: It’s just me, Rob!
Q: Do you offer couples' massages?
A: I don’t.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
A: I understand that plans change. When you book you will receive a confirmation email - there is a link on that email to cancel or reschedule your booking. If in doubt just message or call me.

A: Yes, I offer gift cards. They make the perfect gift for any occasion and can be purchased online or in person. Just complete the form and I will send you a digital voucher.
Q: How often should I get a massage?
A: The frequency depends on your goals and lifestyle. For relaxation, once a month is common, but for specific issues like chronic pain, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be more beneficial.
Q: Do you offer packages?
A: Yes, I offer packs of five massages with a significant discount. Just ask me at your first appointment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payment options, Revolut and PayPal.

A: No, I don’t offer sensual or tantric massages. The practice is focused on therapeutic and wellness-based treatments designed to relax, relieve pain, and support overall health.
